1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on e games. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or through another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

By confirming a bet on e games, you acknowledge that the bet has been placed and accepted at the stated odds. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless e games determines that a technical error has occurred that materially affected the outcome.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet across most sports markets on e games is ₱50. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event type, and account level. Maximum limits for specific markets are displayed on the bet slip when you select a market. e games reserves the right to adjust maximum limits at any time.

5.3 Odds and Pricing

All odds on e games are displayed in decimal format. The odds shown at the time you place a bet are the odds that apply to that bet, subject to the exceptions listed below. e games reserves the right to correct odds that have been published in error. If a bet has already been accepted at an incorrectly priced market, e games will notify affected players and process a refund of the stake.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is postponed and not rescheduled within a defined period.
• The event is abandoned before the minimum required play time has been completed.
• A player prop bet involves a player who does not participate in the event at all (zero recorded activity).
• An obvious pricing error resulted in the odds being materially incorrect.
• The outcome cannot be officially verified by the relevant governing body.

5.5 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are subject to temporary suspension at any time during the event, at e games' discretion, particularly following key events such as goals, yellow/red cards, injuries, or official stoppages. Bets placed immediately before a known key event may be subject to review. e games reserves the right to void live bets placed after a key event that has not yet been reflected in the displayed odds.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

e games offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, and the Refer a Friend programme. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are always published alongside the promotion.

General rules that apply to all bonuses on e games:

12 Account Suspension and Termination

e games reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Failure to complete identity verification when required.
• Suspicious activity that may indicate fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Requests by regulatory authorities.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected Terms violation, any balance held in the account will be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, e games may forfeit all or part of the balance. If the investigation clears the account, the balance will be returned and the account reinstated.
